I was in the ER For a bad laceration to my knee dr mullen was on call and I am so grateful he operated on my knee the day ....his emaphy and professionalism was just so comforting I knew I was in good hands ......top notch he explained every to me I was emotional and he calm me down .....I could go on ...what I will say is if you need the best go see dr mullen...
As many times as I have been here, I have always been treated with the utmost respect. Dr. Mullen has such a wonderful bedside manner and sense of humor. He has always been extremely thorough and courteous. I highly recommend him. Steve, as well, is very accommodating and personable. They make a great team.
I am 36 hrs out from my second knee replacement. I am walking, climbing stairs and my pain has been controlled to a very tolerable level. Dr. Mullen while being extremely talented has a deep interest in the long term success of his patients. He has put together a protocol which provides a feeling of security and confidence in the success of his ability while being a regular guy. His number 2 man Steven provides this same level confidence. New Milford hospital was an excellent choice and provided a top level of care.
I had a hip replacement 1/2021 Dr. Mullen and Steve were excellent I felt safe and comfortable with the both of them working on me. The bed side matter is important and they both get 5 stars from me. The overall experience was amazing!
