  Dr. Assad Mujtaba was absolutely wonderful. He was very clear and confident in his knowledge of medicine. He treated my 3yo daughter for UTI. He was gentle and kind and my daughter felt very comfortable with him and his wonderful staff. The nurse that initially introduced us to the doctor was highly professional and knowledgeable of Shine’s symptoms and gave her a diagnosis right away. As a parent, I felt heard and understood and that is so important when it comes to a sick child. I never once felt rushed or stressed. The doctor and his staff remained professional and all worked together and efficiently. By the time I arrived home I received a phone call from the office to notify me that my prescription for my daughter was ready for pick up from our local pharmacy and they even told me to call them if I had any other questions or concerns. I truly felt they cared about me and my daughter. I already referred their business to family and friends. Although, I hope I don’t have to go back to the doctors office,- but if I need to bring myself or my children I know I will be going to Mujtaba Family urgent care in Clifton. Thank you again for everything you do.

  5/5 stars. I had to wait very little time to see the doctor. During the consultation I was told everything clearly and the physician was very open and honest about my condition and what needed to be done to clear my illness. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here, you will be treated quickly and with a lot of attention to detail.

  Walk-ins are welcome at this clinic! As a walk-in patient, I was told the wait would be 10 minutes when I signed in. In any case, as soon as I signed in, the provider told me he could help me right away because I was looking for something fast. The wait time was probably no more than ten minutes! The doctor was courteous and I wasn't late. I would return to this office.

  I don't think this doctor gets the credit he deserves as well as his staff. I'm from Jamaica, I was in New York during the Christmas holidays, my grandmother and I needed to get tested before coming back home. We visited a testing site close to where we were staying, this was the 29th of Dec, we were leaving on the 31st. We explained to the persons working at the site that we need the test to travel, they said sure you will get it back by that time. on the 30th I called, the tests are yet to be done and may not be ready, sorry you were told it would be ready, we can't help. We had to run out of the house to Mujtaba Clinic after finding them on google. I spoke to the receptionist on the phone on the way and she was awesome, so polite and knowledgeable I was able to relax a little. When I got to the clinic the line was so long and crowded, when I eventually got inside I could observe the doctor working with so much passion and kindness but the people waiting were so rude and impatient especially the ones that needed the test for traveling. I mean it is a free clinic on top of that the staff and the doctor are so kind and humble and the patients are so rude, I would be exhausted at the end of the day. They are doing an excellent job! Anyone says otherwise are crude people and should go get the money and go to a paid clinic or office where they pay for the politeness if they get any> Keep up the great work Mujtaba!!!!!

  Service was amazing here. Firstly, I called in to get information about their PCR testing, The lady who picked up was very polite, I asked about a million questions and she didn’t lose it on me :) When I went there, they were also very organized and we were well informed on how they will call us. They were taking like six people at a time so they can keep the place well and neat for us to be tested. After we went in my wife and sisters-in-laws were cut off because the capacity limit was hit. The doctor was so generous and realized that it made sense for them to get it done with us and not have to wait for the next batch so we don’t have to wait for them in the cold so he let them in. The Doctor looks like he really cares for the community he is serving. Yes, there is a very high volume of people and it gets a little crazy, but he will treat you very fairly with what makes sense. I pray to God for his success and well being.
