  Emily and her husband (I believe his name is Nate) went above and beyond to deliver the best customer service that I have ever received from a bike shop in eastern CT. They give you that small town feel since they seem to be on a first name basis with all their customers. I had them install a XT drivetrain on my hardtail and their prices were reasonable for the job. After getting the bike back I could tell they took pride in their work. They're not pushy with sales and only want to sell you what you want. I wish more bike shops operated the way they do.
  
  Things to keep in mind:
  
  1.) Their location is now in Willington, CT. They're on a shared driveway with a few other businesses. Their building is the very small one to the right. I accidently drove past it the first time because there's no signs on that little building.
  
  2.) They don't have official business hours but you can call/text their business number and they'll tell you what times they're going to be at the shop.
  
  3.) They don't really have an inventory but they are a dealer for Norco, Specialized, and Cannondale bikes. However, I'm sure they'll probably help you with any brand as they are very up-to-date with the local MTB community and they have many connections to get other brands.

  The best bike shop around. Hands down. Best owners, great work, incredibly knowledgeable. 👏 If you haven't been, you've got to go!

  This is definitely the best bike shop I have ever come across coming from someone who currently lives in Jersey and grew up in Brooklyn, NY. I took a 4 hour trip back and forth just to get the exact bike I wanted and brought along my friend for another trip who also purchased the bike he was looking for as well. Awesome bikes !! Nate and the rest of the crew are super friendly, kind, knowledgeable and amazing people !! I would definitely recommend anyone who's searching for the right bike to visit this shop even if its a longer distance then usual !! Thank you again Nate! Best regards !! 5 Stars much deserved !!

  I'm very pleased with the service and selection of the Bike Shop. They are very well stocked (no waiting for anything) and the service is top notch. I purchased a Specialized Allez EVO and could not be happier. The professional Bike Fit was perfect. I followed up with a second and third bike for my Wife and Son. Its a great family business.....Support your local merchants
