  I lived near this place for 3 years and never made it in. Went 2 weeks ago, and I have now been there twice since. This is a great place. The food was awesome. We have not had any issue with the service. Every time we have been there, unplanned, we have had the same server. They have a great outside area, which has been our favorite. It is also kid friendly. I highly recommend

  Food and drinks were good. And as one of my favorite places nothing spectacular to wrote about. I was disappointed about the price for a cup of soda though. $5.33 for a cup of sprite. Shocking. All of our other drinks were super reasonably priced. Perhaps a mistake? Idk!

  I've driven past the Mt Royal Inn countless times, and after years of doing so, I finally made it in for dinner.
  
  Being an 18th-century structure, the place isn't very large. There is a decent sized bar, a small dining room with four tables, and an outdoor seating area that is heated, but is best used during the warmer months.
  
  Dinner consisted of fried pickles (a must), the "1762" roast beef sandwich, and the infamous "MRI wings". While I enjoyed the roast beef, the sandwich was a bit dry. The wings on the other hand were fantastic! Deep fried and covered in a flavorful sauce that wasn't too hot or mild, I could definitely see why they've been ranked some of South Jersey's best! I will definitely be back for another round!!

  I drive past this bar all the time and it’s always crowded so we decided to stop in for some drinks and food. The drinks were good especially their specialty drinks. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing. The fried chicken salad bites were some of the best appetizers I’ve ever had. You have to try them!
  I highly recommended checking this spot out if your looking for a local bar with good drinks and even better food.
