  I've been training with Meg for almost 4 years now. She is always pushing me to challenge myself in different ways and find new fitness goals to make weight training more aspirational. Without a doubt she pushes me to my max. What I like most about Mt. Ephraim fitness is that the owners (Meg and Paul) aren't pushy and don't force a contract on you like most gyms. It's my favorite place to come and de-stress. I love my MEF gym family.

  Mt Ephraim Fitness is a great facility with a lot of amenities. The owners, Paul & Meg, are so welcoming & have created a space where everyone can work out. I really enjoy the classes that are provided as well. I highly recommend this gym!

  I have been working out with Meg for over 2 years and I've had the best gym experience here. I have never felt uncomfortable or self conscious in the gym. It's a very friendly place to work out and meet new people!

  I've been working out with Paul for over two years now. His dedication and background in physical fitness keeps me healthy and makes me stronger. I'm not at my goals yet but I know that I will get there with his help.
  
  MEF offers affordable personal training sessions to meet anyone's budget. Meg is a drill sergeant if you want a challenge in one of her boot camps. Great neighborhood gym. Friendly and accessible. A good place to get your sweat on.

  This gym is the perfect size with everything you need to feel like you're home. Meg & Paul are both amazing trainers and just awesome people in general- they are constantly striving to motivate and get their clients to where they want to be on their fitness journey! Great variety of classes offered- gym members are so friendly and make classes fun and motivating. I have been training with both Meg and Paul for over 2 years now and I don't plan on ever stopping :) What are you waiting for??!?!
