  I am truly grateful to have been referred to MSL Plumbing. I can not say enough good things about my first experience with Matt and Stephanie. Truly refreshing to have such great people in todays decayed society. Stephanie could not have been more pleasant and on point when I called for help with a plumbing issue. Matt was just the most professional, on time, very knowledgeable young man and awesome plumber I have come across in a long time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND his services and I will without question be a repeat customer. Thank you Matt and Stephanie…Keep up the great work and the great attitudes. Just an awesome experience…give them your plumbing business folks you will not regret it!!

  I've struggled finding a good plumber in the Lehigh Valley since I moved here 3 years ago. MSL was recommended to me through a friend and I couldn't be happier. I called Matt a few weeks back about a few non-urgent projects that I had (replace water main valve and remove excess plumbing and install a new slop sink in basement) and he came down the same day to give me a quote, which was a great price, compared to another "bigger" company that came out a few weeks prior. We had the project booked before he left my house. Once the new sink arrived aa few days later, Matt came by and knocked both projects out very quickly and he did an amazing job. About 2 weeks later, my bathroom sink (which was already cracked) started leaking from the pipes, so I called Matt and we set up a time for him to come back to replace my pedestal sink. Again, he did an amazing job, and I am so glad that I found a reliable, available, knowledgeable, and affordable plumber. CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!!!!

  I have had two instances where I have used this company and both experiences were very positive. Stephanie answered when I called and she was great and very accommodating. Matt was the plumber…very thorough, friendly, professional, takes the time to explain everything to you…and the rates are very reasonable. Count me as a loyal customer!!

  What did we like about MSL - everything! Our first contact was with Stephanie, she was both pleasant and helpful scheduling a timely appointment. Matt was on time, knowledgeable, and quoted a fair and reasonable price. His attention to detail, and explaining the job was great, he explained options, gave advice, and did the job timely. The end results is we love our new shower panel. We will definitely call upon MSL for any future plumbing needs.

  Very responsive! Matt is awesome! He came out for an emergency service very quickly. He came out faster than expected, which is rare in the Poconos. The office is very kind and professional, as is Matt. He does excellent work and is an honest man. He doesn't try to cheat you and throw in extra things you don't really need. He doesn't try to rip you off. Honest estimates and great work. So relieved to find an honest and dependable plumber in the area.
