Best service for fixing your broken device, no matter what you need to get fixed he will do it for less price you won't believe. Very kind and professional, thank you sir
Charlie helped us out big time tonight! Accidentally ran over my wifes phone (in fairness why was it on top of my car?!?!) Came to Mr. Tech Bench because they were still open. Even though they were closing soon he stayed late and got it all fixed for my wife. Great customer service, excellent work, life and marriage saver! Can't recommend them enough will use them for anything like this forever more. New loyal customer here signing off.
I went in for a broken computer screen. The screen was fixed at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. William said if I had any problems with the screen to bring it back in. I had some tangential issues (with the mouse disappearing) and William and the team fixed it free of charge. Outstanding, friendly, accountable service. Highly recommend.
Came to get my iPhone screen repaired since it was cracked. Charlie was super helpful and fixed my phone in a very timely manner. Thank you for such great service.
Was doing my first PC build, and ran into a error I couldn't identify. Called on a Saturday and William said to come right down. When entering the store I knew I came to the right place as it catered to the skeptic since
you could see right into the back of the shop. It also had the idle TV looping
between the store''s edutainment shorts/video and LTT for the curious and/or enthusiast. Was really happy that William took it as sloppily put together as it was. He had it up running all nice and neat and wasn't going to charge me. He then gave me tips to finish up like installing Windows but he generously offered do the job plus overclock and ensure my system ran at max specs for a charitable price. Very underrated resource!
