  I took my lawn mower to Mowers & More on a recommendation from my son and I am so happy with the result. They figured out very quickly what was wrong and what needed to be done in order to fix it. I can't say enough wonderful things about this business - their staff treats everyone like family and their professionalism and knowledge base is second to none. The world needs more small businesses like this. Will be using them from now on!

  Dropped off a chainsaw for repair after taking it to a different shop first and the issue not getting resolved. Mowers and more had it about 10 days, which wasn't bad since they had to order parts. Saw runs great. My only minor issue was, I had asked them to call me if the repair was going to cost over a certain dollar amount and they did not. Luckily it was not that much over the limit I had set and the saw does run like new. Definitely be back with any other repairs.

  The actually review I’d leave is 3.7 stars. Follow up from my post, I got my mower back on Friday. Did take longer then I anticipated initially because I was unaware of their process. However, after expressing my frustration with the company, someone had reached out to me about concern and really handled the situation professionally. I was very pleased with the way it was handled and they really do value customers opinions. The biggest issue was the lack communication from the beginning, however once I informed that they communicated everything from the process as a whole to regular updates. I wasn’t even given advice on things to look for on the mower. In the end if you were to ask me if I would go back to mowers and more then again the answer is yes.
  
  If you have the opportunity to go else where do it and save yourself. I have been waiting on my mower for almost two weeks just to find out it hasn’t even been looked at yet. They said it should be in the shop by tomorrow and someone will call you once it is to let you know repair cost. The next day went by no call, so I called back the following day and once my mower still hasn’t been even looked at. So currently still no mower, no update. Mower is 2 months old. If they let there customers know prior that you may not receive your mower a month, I would have went to someone who actually wanted my business. I’ll keep everyone posted on when I finally do receive it back.
