  I’ve been going to Aurore since 2021 and she’s is truly an amazing person, nutritionist, and trainer. She helped me obtain a better understanding on my body and gave me all of the learning tools I needed to obtain a healthier lifestyle and combat with personal challenges when it comes to my health. I’ve been seeing her for knee pain from a sport injury and not only does my knee feel a lot better but also other areas of my body that are always tight and tense have approved a lot! I wholeheartedly enjoy my sessions with Aurore.

  Aurore is amazing, very thoughtful, and personally invested in supporting each individual client on their wellness journey. I see her for movement and nutrition and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I always look forward to our sessions, and come away feeling motivated and encouraged. Five stars!!!

  I've never been consistent when it comes to exercise but after my first session with Aurore, I was hooked. I've been going to her studio for a year now and every session is different. She assesses where my physical needs are and caters accordingly. She has transformed my body, truly! I feel stronger, more agile, and I haven't had any lower back aches since. She's a miracle worker!

  I am so glad that I found Aurore! She is truly an expert and sessions with her are amazing - very challenging and renewing. I feel like a new person every time I leave! She really listens and assesses what work you need to do and caters sessions accordingly. I highly recommend her.

  Love pilates with Aurore! She did a great job of modifying the sessions throughout my pregnancy and depending on how my body was feeling that day. The moves and equipment we used varied from session to session so it never got boring and was always challenging. I always walked out feeling taller, stronger and better than I walked in.
  As for COVID precautions, Aurore diligently cleans equipment, has an air purifier and ventilation and spaces out clients so there is no overlap.
