Working with Julie has been a revelation. She's an experienced and talented health and wellness coach who brings enthusiasm, creativity, and empathy to her practice. Her energy and honesty, along with her personalized approach to each client's strengths and needs, make working with her a pleasure. Her focus on and interest in the whole person's needs, from strength to habits to mindset, truly set her apart. I'm so glad to have found her and Mountain View Wellness.

I have been attending different events over the years at Mountain View Wellness and it has been a unique experience each time. From yoga classes, to meditation and more recently the 21-Day challenge and now, the personal training program. Julie sees each client and honors them for who they are. Classes are fun, energetic, mindful and it's a beautiful balance of mind & body connection. Since the personal training, I feel stronger, more confident, focused and balanced. I highly recommend Julie and her practice!

Julie, thank you for organizing surf, meditation, and yoga retreat in Costa Rica. It was a first of many things including solo trip, meditation, and surfing!!! It was truly a respite that I needed. The trip itself was so easy from getting picked up at the airport, delicious meals, yoga and meditation classes that got me in touch with myself, and learning to surf. It was exactly what I needed.

Julie is the epitome of flexibility - in practice and business! While the building may be closed, Julie has been transitioning how Mountain View operates with online, virtual classes and programs. And modification to meet your personal needs is second-nature to her. This is not rigid, push to the limit yoga. It's do what is right for you, wherever you are in your physical/health journey. I absolutely LOVE Mountain View Wellness!! The Yin Yoga class is my favorite but I love all the other class offerings! It's so peaceful inside and the people are friendly and kind. Definitely worth trying!
