  I came here for a specific event - a hike with goats. It was very cold so we didn't stay in the park long but the trails we hiked on were very well maintained and easy to use. I didn't get a sense of how large the park is so I'm not sure if you can do long hikes or not. There were some great views and it seems like there are some nice lakes that would be fun to enjoy in warmer months. I plan to come back in the summer.

  Loved this place. Our campsite was awesome, we got rained out and were very lucky to have a lean-to to stay under. It was so gorgeous and inexpensive and I would love to come back. Very peaceful and quiet in the morning.

  First time here and it was absolutely gorgeous. Lots of lashes and streams. Roads and trails are well maintained. I'm sure it'll get much busier when people start camping there but today it was so quiet and nice.

  This is a family review: it is a nice place to hike with good variety of paths, that are well marked, very good for beginners. Due to COVID-19 the campground was closed but the park was open to hikers, and it was very quiet during a weekday in July. We saw many frogs and a snake🐍.

  There are two beautiful lakes with easy hiking trails around them. If you're careful, there is also plenty of wild life to see, from newts, frogs and occasional crawfish to turtles and water snakes.
