  We recently had a family member go to Mt Holly rehab for physical therapy after a fall at home. The nursing staff was wonderful. The therapy department was amazing and really worked hard to get him back on his feet so he could go home safely. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you to all of the staff there!

  My Mother who is 95 had been in Mt Holly Rehabilitation since 2/16/23 and was discharged on 4/24/23. I had visited the facility before she was sent there with the admissions coordinator Shara Segarra who gave me a tour of the facility. She was key in my making the decision to send my Mom to the Center. She was warm and interactive and understood my concerns as a caregiver. She was in for 50 + days so I am writing this review from that perspective.
  
  The staff provided excellent care and treated my Mom as if she was their Mom. I did want to mention names that were responsible for my 5 star rating.
  
  Monique Kirby, Concierge was exceptional, she was always my point person for what I needed. She always responded promptly to my phone calls or emails. So much so that one day when she did not contact me that day, I said to myself, she must be out and when she came back she had taken a few well deserved days off. Ada who is in charge of the the OT, PT, Speech and other related therapy services was awesome, just like Monique responsive immediately via email or cell. I wanted also to acknowledge Patty Ware, Director of Social Service, another exceptional employee who treated and addressed my mother's needs as if it was her mother or family. I appreciate all of you and your assistance with my Mom. Please know that you all were a blessing to me and my son. That is the most important criteria for me a caregiver. We need to be able to get responses quickly when your family member is in someone else's care.
  
  The nursing staff were very good in particular, exceptional care was provided by Symphony and Taya. The CNA staff who cared for my Mahadi, Shantell, Francia and Justine were super exceptional and deserve raises. When they were on my Mom's floor I did not need to call the desk to find out if she was OK, that was such a comfort for me and my son.
  
  I stand by my 5 star rating but management knows that I discussed with them what every industry is dealing with shortages in the workplace. They have told me that they are working on incentives, bonuses and other ways to keep good staff coming to work and ones who not replacing them to address the staff shortages they have been experiencing in particular on the weekends.
  
  I have confidence that the current management team in they will address these issues with the plans they have developed and are currently being implemented.
  
  Finally, I also will be contacting Mt. Holly Rehabilitation Center for Respite Care Services. My son and I are in need of self care together and being a caregiver is taunting. I will reaching for to them for bringing here back while we take a needed vacation together.
