(December 31, 2019, 12:49 pm)2+ years of living with back pain from running overuse (calves, hamstrings, hips, glutes all super tight). 2 years in pain. PT, massage, ART, Thai massage, back mats...I tried so many different things.
I saw Evette yesterday for the first time, and after just 60 mins I feel like a different person. My back pain is almost entirely gone, from just a single session. On the spot I became a member, no question. I feel like a walking (instead of limping!) ad for Motion. I cannot wait for my next session. -

The stretching treatment was super powerful and targeted toward my particular needs - I walked out feeling just.. lighter! and with so much more mobility in my tight areas.. The therapist also provided helpful recommendations for day-to-day maintenance, which I appreciated. The entire staff, in fact, was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. Highly recommend!

(September 21, 2019, 11:42 am)I loved everything about my experience at Motion Stretch. Joy who greeted me is truly a joy. She walked me through Motion's protocol and throughly reviewed my lifestyle and needs for the session. She recommended Evette who is a STAR! She gave me a full body reset. After heavy travel over the past few weeks that ended in a 3 day trade show and I was hosting an event the next day. I needed rejuvenation ASAP so I booked both this session and compression therapy afterwards. In an hour I felt like a new person. I even cancelled compression therapy and I'm so happy that I did. 4 packed days with meetings between NJ/NY later I'm still feeling the benefits of our session. Book with Evette and you will not regret it.

(August 31, 2019, 3:30 pm)Coming from Massage Envy this was a big difference in regards to treatment. A great experience today at Motion I did sign up for their membership. The therapist was very attentive and very mindful of pressure. I did end up signing for a membership the young lady at the front desk was not pushy with the close of the sale but she was very attentive to my concerns. She did hear in our conversation I was not big on commitments but gave me options in how to become a member.
