My flight was delayed by a day and they didn't even blink an eye when I asked to reschedule a day later to bring in our catlets. Staff gave us daily updates and really cared when our cats were not eating their kibbles. Our kitties are now eating the house wet food. Wouldn't leave our kitties anywhere else ❤️

I left both my pups here for 12 days although I was apprehensive on leaving them at all, the staff took their time to discuss all services with me and truly made me feel like they were in good hands. The facility was very nice and very well kept. While away one of my pups experienced loose stool (most likely from stress & separation) they were quick to call me and update me daily which i loved. Ive boarded my dogs before and left with such a guilty feeling. Although I missed my babies everyday i joked all vacation long that they were at a 5 star summer camp enjoying their best life- because they were! The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Although a bit pricey I highly recommend. After all you get what you pay for.

(May 29, 2023, 1:19 pm)Everyone at MA is kind and they treat the humans and the animals with courtesy no matter what happens. Pippin, our 2-year-old dog enjoys every visit to MAI for daycare and occasional boarding. We are relieved that she is well taken care of and heads inside each visit with eagerness and joy. Thank you for all you do!

(May 9, 2023, 3:17 pm)We brought our dog to Morris Animal Inn for boarding while we went away for a weekend and I honestly think he got a better experience than we did in our hotel. The building itself is well kept and comfortable with a warm, almost lodge-like reception area.
I don't know if my dog appreciated the interior design but I definitely felt welcomed and happy to hand him off to people who seemed to care for his well-being, asking after allergies or anything else I might want them to know. Murphy came home in good spirits, tired, and in better overall shape than when we have left him elsewhere.
We really appreciate the team here and hope to send Murphy there again soon. -

care provided to our pup. We appreciate the convenience that is offered to us. Moose comes home exhausted and happy each day! We are excited to see Moose work his way through the various programs and offerings Morris Animal Inn provides. We are big fans!
