(August 28, 2023, 4:16 am)We went to web sight picked out which storage size we needed filled out paper work sent it & we got a return message within 5-10 min..all set with storage location site number & code to get in.went the next day to bring some of our stuff Did all that Sunday late & brought our stuff to our storage site Mon. Morning. Code to get in worked our site had lock & keys inside waiting for & our storage was clean & ready for us. We had called manager Monday morning with a couple question answered phone & questions right away.told us the lock was there he made sure we knew were to go & if we needed him he’d be right @ office. Very nice

Yesterday, I went there to store some more stuff, only to find out that I did not have the correct key. Someone opened another unit to store my items temporarily until I could get into my unit. Everyone I've dealt with at this facility was professional and very nice! The unit itself is temperature-controlled, which gives me peace of mind when it comes to the items stored there! I can highly recommend this storage facility!!!

I didn’t like how small my storage unit was and I was able to upgrade right away with great positive attitude! I have a climate control unit and they supply locks and a cart at the entrance. Very clean and well maintained unit. I highly recommend Moove in Self Storage because of how my experience went!
