(June 21, 2023, 9:21 am)Prior to finding Montville Counseling, my experience with therapists was pretty stressful. Twice when I explained the difficult situation I am in, they responded as if they were overwhelmed by it all which frankly did not put me on ease and obviously made a stressful situation worse. So you can imagine my surprise when I first spoke to Coach Ian who almost seemed underwhelmed by it all. He would ask the right questions that are not always easy to hear, but later realizing how necessary they were for my self care and healing process. I am so grateful for his understanding and his ability to prioritize a stressful situation and respond with clarity instead. He immediately put a plan into place and for the first time I was able to see a light at the end of a long tunnel. I highly recommend Coach Ian and Montville Counseling to anyone who is tired of jumping from one bad therapist to another and is ready to experience real progress.

(April 10, 2022, 8:18 pm)I have been working with Dr. MacGregor for over a year now, and she impacted my mental health, social life, and career in a positive way. I recommend anyone that wants the best for themselves to work with the best as her education and qualifications are beyond that of a typical therapist. That being said, her price does reflects her quality, but if she is in your budget; give yourself the chance to be more than better.

(December 22, 2020, 6:42 pm)Dr. MacGregor has been a blessing. I feel that I've made great progress and grown as a person over the past couple years with her help. A great listener, observant, very gentle with conversation but tactfully direct when apropos. The office is pleasant, its an extension of a private residence which is warm, nicely maintained, and clean. Would definitely recommend!
