(August 19, 2023, 7:53 pm)My mom has lived at Montoya Apartments for 27 years and she is very happy there. She loves Linda the Property Manager, Edwin and Wade in the Maintenance Department. They have all been very good to her. Thanks to all at Montoya Apartments.
EDIT: I neglected to mention Kim who also works in the office on the weekends. She is always very helpful, kind and friendly.. we enjoy her as well!

(July 22, 2023, 10:39 am)Nice, quiet, friendly.Diversified population. Major problem is no Handicapped Parking. Property Manager Lynda, very accessible. So is Edwin, head of Maintenance. Advantages close to major highways. Fine restaurants. Every super market. You can be in downtown NewHaven in less than 10 minutes.

(July 18, 2023, 11:01 am)I've lived at Montoya for about five years, and the entire experience has been a delightful surprise. Management is friendly, reasonable and cooperative. Maintenance is quick and reliable. The grounds are meticulously kept, and the overall neighborhood feel is very friendly, relaxed, and unobtrusive. All in all, it's a great place to live!

(June 28, 2023, 2:20 pm)We had an incredible experience living here as a family. Lynda, the property manager, is exceptionally kind and responsive. The service and maintenance team promptly and flawlessly addressed our requests. When my furnace broke down on a freezing winter night, the maintenance guy arrived at 5 am to fix it. We're grateful for their outstanding support and highly recommend this place.
