It's tricky to get to the department since some repairs where taking place that day , you have to take 2 elevator, no big deal, once your there the Staff checks you super fast, and the wait time was very minimal for me. The doctors were very good and they took the time to explain me what I needed to know.

(July 2, 2021, 6:53 am)Yesterday, I had such a pleasant time with Albert A Panozzo's team. They were professional, warm, and concentrated on getting the piece of glass out of my hand (This is a long story). The team members such as: Terrence, Nykeisha, Katheryn, Pamela, Benjamin, the black woman in charge of instruments & the asian woman asking for all my health stats 🤔 this might be all, and also the receptionists calling me to ensure my timely and appropriate arrival.
Another thing super important is this culture of care I felt with folks saying good morning, acknowledging each other, and acknowledging patients. I had such a great experience. Thank you!
