    You have a waiting list to be approved as a tenant. You never know what the apartment will look like. You can't choose which apartment you want. You have to get a doctor's notice to get a downstairs apartment. The cost of the apartments are according to what you make. The place does have hot water, heat, electricity and cable included. Unless you want wifi, phone or cellular those and the box you have to pay. They are a Community that will help when you need something.
