Monroe Monuments did a wonderful job in sending our family information of the many choices of grave plaques. Once the job was completed, they informed me that the plaque was sent over to the cemetery. I haven't seen the plaque in person yet but once I view it, I'm sure they did a wonderful job.

My family and I ordered a name plague for our brothers stone and we are delighted and really grateful for the way it looks. We were finally able to see the end result. I came across Monroe Monuments in Google and after speaking with countless tombstone makers. We recently lost one of my brothers and needed to replace a marker that we had for my first brother that had passed. No one was willing to provide options or even work within a budget. Michael went above and beyond to try to accommodate us and provided so many different options. His honesty and knowledge made me feel this is the person to trust. I was searching for monument places and really wanted to stay local when I came across Monroe Monuments. I had a meeting with Michael and he explained everything. He showed me the ones he had in stock and I found one that was perfect. We did the initial layout and it took a few weeks to get the proof. Made a few changes and got that back quickly When the stencil came in Mike had a few questions so I came in to discuss. I had to rely on his expertise in this area. The finished stone was completed within 2 weeks Looks perfect. Since the stone was going to be next to my sister in laws, whose has been there for 19 years, hers was pretty dirty. Mike said he will clean hers up for me. He did a great job. Hers looks new again. Diana was also great to work with. Thank you for the great job
