  When our house didn’t sell (pre-pandemic), we decided to stay and make it everything we saw in other houses that we liked. One of those things was a beautiful backyard oasis with an inground pool. We invested in a Monogram pool because of their reputation as well as the “easy care” aspect of their Ultimate Plus package. We put a deposit down in July of 2021, broke ground late May ‘22, and we’re swimming by the end of August. This is like a dream come true and we couldnt be happier. We just had our last swim of the season tonight, and though I never want to wish time away, I can’t wait until next summer to get out there swimming again!
  
  Some advice if you’re considering making this investment: be patient (some of the automated Chem controls are still on backorder and I understand the waiting list for Monogram is a long one); keep the communication flowing; don’t be afraid to ask questions; and engage the landscaping company early! That can be a big expense on top of the pool cost; be sure to factor that into your budget.
  
  Big thanks to Tony and team for giving us some great memories with hopefully many more to come!

  Thanks to Monogram, we have our own oasis that rivals a high-end resort. We receive many compliments on the pool. We chose Monogram because of the reputation and the ability to customize our pool. We designed the pool shape and they executed on it perfectly. The curves and details are spot-on.
  
  Tony, Beth, Mike, Robi, Chip, Mark, Julian, Danny and the entire team is excellent to work with. They go above and beyond to address our questions. We are able to text them and they respond usually within hours. Tony handles all his contractors and ensures issues are resolved. It is one-stop. Beth is attentive and has wonderful customer focus. She came out personally to handle a couple of pool items during peak times. Robi and Chip are very knowledgable about the equipment and helped us multiple times to understand settings, alerts and things to be on the lookout for.
  
  With the pandemic, some things may have needed a little extra time. But we were willing to wait for an incredible outcome and we got it. Thanks Tony and team for giving us a pool oasis for many memories to come.

  Monogram installed our large in-ground pool in 2014, with a large waterfall, slide, spa, and a couple of other feature items. Tony was great during the design process, he was responsive to our requests, he offered many helpful suggestions, and he has continued to be a source of helpful direction and information over the years. We went with maximum automation and honestly the pool has been very, very easy for us to maintain over the years. The installation crew was polite and did a great job. We've been super happy with the finished product, and guests are almost always blown away when they walk into our backyard! We have continued to work with Monogram over the years on pool opening and closing, as well as addressing routine maintenance and occasional equipment updates. The Monogram website (for opening/closing, maintenance requests, etc.) works well and allows you to pay invoices directly online, a nice touch. We have recommended Monogram to many people over the years, and continue to do so every chance we get! On a related note, Monogram also build us an outdoor kitchen area covered by a pavilion, which has been great for parties!

  When we decided to pull the trigger on putting in a pool, we contact several different companies. After getting a few quote and design ideas, it quickly became clear that Monogram was the obvious choice for us. Tony was quick to respond to our questions and designed the perfect pool for our space. Beth is wonderful to work with and was incredibly helpful to us while making choices on finishes. She is truly a pleasure!!
  We are so happy we chose Monogram! They have given us a wonderful space to make memories that will last a lifetime.

  The best thing we ever did was build a pool with this company. Great people to work with. They build a fabulous pool and helped customize it to our liking. So many great features you can add. The water slide was a must have for us and Monogram did a Super job on the Rock Waterfall and slide... My kids love it! Also they have Fountains which my kids love! We get compliments on the Fountains every time. And they have lights going through them so at night it is just like a Resort! My backyard is my favorite place in the Summer. Thanks Monogram!
