  I love this yoga studio a lot . It has a great selection of classes. I love how they have kundalini and yin yoga multiple days throughout the week. It’s clean and you feel home when you go there. Highly recommended. 💗

  Love the clothes at the boutique, great quality and super cozy! Miss yoga need to get back in….love Mary’s gentle yoga class!!!!

  So, this was my very first yoga class and it will not be my last, I assure you!! I went in with an open mind, though a little nervous because I was/am totally clueless. I took the 8:30am stretch & strengthen class with Veronica and it was such a relaxing but efficient workout….how is that possible?? I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and wanting to add more positive things into my day. This is not an experience that I would normally feel after a “workout”!! I’m so happy I did this for myself and I can’t wait to go back this week. Hint: purchase the unlimited monthly package….it’s a great deal in my opinion.

  You know that feeling when you walk into a place and it feels like "home"? Monmouth Beach Yoga & Wellness is like that. I've been coming here for almost a year. When I started coming I stuck to the easier classes and since then, have taken almost every session and have worked with almost every instructor. They are all so gifted, encouraging, energetic, positive and warm. The studio is clean, neat and smells wonderful. There's a wide variety of sessions geared towards the novice, the expert and everyone in between. The messages are positive and always make me think. I'd encourage anyone of any age or level of expertise to come to Monmouth Beach Yoga & Wellness. You won't be disappointed! PS you'll love the results!

  This is the BEST studio in New Jersey! They have classes & workshops for EVERYONE, whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced. They even offer warm classes if that suits your fancy. The facility is warm & inviting. The owners truly care about their students and offer lots of pricing options to accommodate everyone. The retail choices are very unique and Lisa M does an excellent job researching the best vendors. YOU MUST VISIT THIS STUDIO YOU WILL LOVE WHAT THEY HAVE TO OFFER.
