  Dr. Belton’s expertise in toxic relationships with Narcissistic partners was crucial and most needed in breaking free from an emotionally abusive relationship I found myself in.
  
  My therapy sessions with her guided me through my path to freedom from abusive ‘love’ and back to myself. I was successfully able to identify experiences of manipulation and typical ‘gaslighting’, ‘love bombing’ and other narcissistic tricks, process my emotions & trauma, break free from patterns that kept me in that relationship, and move in the direction of healing. All of this would not have been possible without her keen, precise, and wise professional recommendations.

  Therapy is something that needs to be done recuringly for a long period of time (personally i think i should be done forever) however (unfortunately due to moving) I spent a very short amount of time with Dr.Belton and the breakthroughs, progress, time and attention I received not only got me out of my dangerous slump, but helped me reevaluate my life set goals, and become very successful believe in myself and find purpose.
