My salesman John Pighetti did a remarkable job with helping me with the process and keeping a line of communication open Around the Clock, you did a amazing job responding to emails and just making sure I left out the door a satisfied customer with my new purchase of the 2023 f3s spyder . Larry is another guy I urge anyone doing business at Mark's Motorsports to meet, his service and professionalism is top tier along with his passion to keep all the Motorsports bikes running like new. Words can’t express how happy my wife and I are with the service team.
I brought my 2005 Rocket 3 in for service after 24 hours I got a call with a couple things that needed attention. The price didn’t feel over the top so we agreed to get that done. We also got information that the instrument cluster was damaged and unrepairable, as well as on replaceable due to the age of the bike. My wife and I excepted the fact that this bike may be a total loss in the near future if we cannot get the parts to fix it. Upon picking up the bike, I spoke with Larry and service, and to my surprise they were able to get the instrument cluster working at no additional cost. We cannot express our gratitude enough. Thank you Marks Motorsports thank you very very much. Appreciate it and thank you to the technician Henry who made all this happen for us. Can’t wait to ride this season.

I just picked up my new 2022 Royal Enfield Int650 from here, two days back. Not only they gave me the best price in the entire north-eastern region, they also made the whole buying and registering process a breeze for me, provided I was buying out-of-state and taking it to Mass. Keith enlightened and assured me with details on how often it is done and how seamless of a process it is to buy out-of-state. He was very responsive and went above and beyond to answer all my concerns and questions. Jenn was very efficient with all the paperwork and payment process. She even made a ready-to-go bundle of docs to be presented at RMV for me (how nice:)).
End of the day, I was able to ride the motorcycle back to Boston the same day and hence saved on shipping as well. Thank you everyone at Mark's, you folks are amazing.

I can’t say ENOUGH about this place. I live in FL and every transaction has been smooth! Both of my motorcycles were in perfect condition and Keith is a top notch individual! I will not purchase a bike anywhere else! Thank you all again for the wonderful experiences.

Bought a 2020 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 from them. Worked through the COVID issues and went smoothly consisting the current business climate.
