  I cannot say enough about how Caitlin has helped our family! Right away, she was able to pinpoint the underlying issues that needed to be addressed, and provide clear recommendations as well as the rationale behind them. She supported us every step of the way, answering countless questions between sessions. With her advice, we saw an immediate, and huge improvement in my children's nutrition and eating behaviors. Caitlin's service has been an incredible stress-reliever for my entire family; most importantly, I feel confident that my children's long-term physical and mental health are better off, thanks to this support!

  She supported me with life-enhancing nutrition trips/menus while I was pregnant and then continued to support us once our little one transitioned to solid foods. I can’t say enough about Caitlin’s packages that even include the wonderful Chef Courtney. I highly recommend Caitlin and her team!

  We took both the Introducing Solids and Toddler Transitions courses with Caitlin Kiarie and they were by far, the BEST of any parenting classes we have taken! Caitlin's philosophy of nutritious eating, coupled with her dynamic personality and ability to present the information in practical,  real-life ways, is the perfect recipe for creating a successful relationship for your child with food. Caitlin's delivery of the information empowers you and alleviates anxieties as you take these steps for your child and family, and her continued availability after the courses leaves you feeling supported, connected, and grounded. To say that we highly recommend Mom-n-Tot Nutrition is an understatement!

  Caitlin hosted a group class in my home for about 12 parents (and a few babies!) She was incredibly accommodating, patient, and shared so much information. I loved her energy and approach to baby's first foods. Immediately afterward, several parents let me know how much they enjoyed the class and how much they loved Caitlin.
  
  She doesn't push one philosophy or method, but instead shares the info and lets you decide what's best for your family. I was very nervous and anxious leading up to my baby's first solid meal. But, after the class, I couldn't wait for him to wake up and try real food! (And, for the record, it was a huge success!)
  
  I would recommend her class and other resources (social media) to any parent looking for some guidance on food for their children.

  Caitlin is knowledgeable, kind, supportive and enthusiastic - all just what we were looking for! As first time parents, we needed information and support as we transitioned our toddler away from the bottle and more into solids. Caitlin addressed our specific needs, came with materials and provided extra support in follow up emails (based on her notes from our sessions together). Very professional.
