His impeccable professionalism led us to make excellent choices, from the cabinets, floors, new appliances, to the paint color. Johnny's skillful leadership to get the job done was a huge plus. We LOVE our new kitchen! We gained 40% more in extra storage space and it has transformed the way we live. Modern Tradition Kitchen & Bath gets our highest recommendation!

All I knew was that I didn't want to use a big box store.
I have driven by Modern Tradition Kitchen and Bath in Thornwood many times, as it is right in my neighborhood, so I decided to contact them. I sent an email and the owner, Felipe & he was prompt getting back to me. He redesigned the kitchen and the new layout made a big difference. He accompanied me to choose quartz for the countertops and sent me to a local reliable appliance store in Hawthorne to order all the appliances. He communicated with the appliance store and made sure upon delivery, everything would fit, etc. I am very pleased with the entire renovation.
The company that manufactures the cabinetry was quick at shipping, I had
heard that people were waiting 6 months for their cabinetry to come in.
When the kitchen was complete, I was very pleased and decided to have Modern Tradition completely renovate the entire townhouse.
I am truly pleased that I went with a small, local place in town. Felipe was a pleasure to work with. If you are in need of renovations for a kitchen or bath, etc., I would give Modern Tradition Kitchen and Bath a try. -

(November 2, 2022, 6:23 am)We worked with Modern Tradition to renovate and upgrade our kitchen and couldn’t be happier with the result. Felipe helped design everything to our specs. And when supply chain issues happened because of Covid he helped us make the necessary changes and to keep everything on schedule. We appreciated him working so hard to manage every single detail. From coordinating appliances to tile selection, the process was seamless. On the contractor side, Chris and his team at Riverview were amazing. The people on the jobsite were courteous, clean and superb craftspeople. Everything was done on schedule and the communication was great. The kitchen is beautiful. Would highly recommend.

He listened to our needs as a busy family of 6 and made suggestions for the functionality of our kitchen design. Working within our budget and not compromising quality, the line of cabinetry was exceptional. Aside from his natural knack with various design aesthetics, he didn't make us feel like we had to follow his lead only, we were included from the beginning to the end.
