Brendan is just a great person and always there to help and has never once made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. These guys (Joe too) are great. Highly recommend.

(April 17, 2023, 3:05 pm)Outstanding Customer Service, Graciousness, & Attention to Detail: I brought a brand new car in for a warranty tire service. The "belt" on one of my tires went causing a "rumble" even at lower speeds. I was told the tire rim was "bent" by another garage. I went to repair that and the shop owner at a rim straightening shop said "No way" It is your belt. So. I called the dealer, who told me to call Mopar, who then told me to call Goodyear. I called Goodyear and they told me to go for an inspection.
Upon inspection, the very knowledgeable and courteous people at Modern Tire changed the tire upon inspection confirming the same. They also inspected all the other tires as well.
Despite being late due to traffic on the main drag because of the high school, they stayed late on a Friday afternoon after 5:00 p.m. to ensure my car was safe.
I can not thank them enough for this warranty repair that I was directed to as a choice from Goodyear. Many thanks and good tidings. -
