Very easy to talk to, they reached out 2 times to give updates on the progress.
I’m not very easily impressed with companies! In fact I’m very critical and notice everything wrong with a place of business within moments.
Being a restaurant owner for 30 years,I appreciate good service.
Mobile-medic nailed it ever time I was there!

We called Mobile Medic, went to the store to put a deposit on an order for a new screen, the screen arrived the next day. They did a great job replacing the screen and it looks brand new! The staff were very pleasant. Thank you Mobile Medic!

(May 24, 2023, 6:08 pm)Dropped off my surface pro 4 to have the battery replaced. As much as I like this thing, Microsoft does not like anyone else repairing them apparently. Removing the battery caused a series of problems for the shop. After determining the main board needed replaced, they took full responsibility and had it done. Then when I got it back, I noticed the specs were half what they were. Being an I7 it was worth reviving with a new battery, but now it was an I5, noticeably slower as soon as I turned it on.
Again, without question they took it back, and determined the board they ordered, and the board they got were not the same. Due to the scarcity of parts, they ended up buying another one, same model, and rebuilding mine with parts from the other. They went out of their way to make things right, and definitely should have charged me more. Thank you! -

They replaced the screen on my old iPhone 6+ in under 30 minutes. Will definitely us them again.
