  I bought the Backtrack reclining sofa set with heating and massage from MM Furniture and the experience was great. A great product with on time delivery! Love the sofa, so comfortable and good looking.

  My overall experience was very good. The email communication prior to even placing my order was good. I had questions that were answered promptly. Placing the order was easy and user friendly. The next phase was a little less than great. In trying to get updates with when delivery might be, the only way to get an answer was via email. I did create an account when I placed my order and that was the method I used mostly. I found the Email method was the best to obtain a response. I tried to call on a few occasions. No one ever answers. I did receive an update that my order was ready and would be delivered that weekend. I would receive an update on Thursday of that week. Never received any update, that weekend came and went. I reached back out on the following Tuesday inquiring when I could expect the order to be delivered. My response was, sorry we have no deliveries in your area". After a couple of messages (emails) I left my call back # on the phone system. The next day I did receive a call back, a text, asking if the upcoming weekend was OK with me. I responded yes to a vmail message and a text message. Never received any confirmation it was received. On the delivery day, I did receive a phone call from the delivery person, stating they would arrive 20 minutes later. I was very glad and relieved. I did purchase the "white glove" service. I feel it was worth the extra cost. The order was correct and fulfilled 100%. Final result was great. It was the getting to that point that was a bit unnerving and frustrating. Overall I would recommend MM furniture.

  Website was well-designed with thorough product descriptions. Customer service to answer questions was timely. Delivery team was personable and did an excellent job setting up furniture. Absolutely love my new sectional. Took off one star due to unavailability of furniture for weeks. Lead time was much longer than expected - otherwise the overall shopping experience was great! Would recommend.

  Ordered a manual recliner off their website. Got a call within a week telling me my delivery day, was delivered on time with no problems at all. Great price compared to local furniture store.
