Great meats in here. Honestly, I've tried buying prime meats from almost everywhere in mid Suffolk County and they never seem to compare to here. There's probably a lot of dishonesty going on elsewhere. Like anywhere else though, you gotta catch them on a good day. If you regularly buy meat then you know everyone's got their days where the meats are looking a bit dated and you walk out empty handed. That's just part of the game... but on a good day here, nobody's better. I'm a big red meat eater, but if you see the veal chops on hand, get them because they are absolutely out of this world.
Every time I go to M&M Market, I feel like I'm at a friend's house. The food is exceptional, but the people who own it and the people who work there are even better. I feel like they're family. I recently purchased Wagyu steak. It was SO good. Like cutting through butter. I love this place.
My husband Jim and I were very impressed when we walked into the door. The smell was impeccable the place was absolutely clean and everyone there was willing to assist you and extremely friendly and you can tell this business has been around for many many years. I do believe my husband and I are going to be in this meat market at least twice a week from now on we found a gem in Suffolk County.
