  I purchased my home 5 years ago and had such a horrible experience with a contractor that I was scared to call anyone to have work done on my home. My roof had 3 layers in the front and the shingles had started to fly off when it was windy. I had no choice but to replace the roof. I saw the great reviews for ML Best and called to for an estimate. Manuel came to my home and we spoke for awhile. I learned an important lesson from my horrible contractor experience: when hiring someone to work on your home, find out who they are, their character. After speaking with Manuel I felt comfortable and knew that ML Best was the company I needed to hire. He's a man of good character and so is his brother David. They're extremely professional and kind. My roof is beyond beautiful! They also fixed my gutters. They look like a work of art! I highly recommend ML Best.

  Francisco and his team are very professional! I am very satisfied with their job on chimney flashing to my property. I observed some water on my attic near the chimney and called ML best. Francisco showed up on time and did a thorough inspection and told me a flashing shall suffice to address the problem. Their price was also very fair. I posted this review after four months the job was done. I did not observe any dropping water after the repair. Will definitely use them again when needed! Highly recommended!

  We are so happy with ML Best! Look no further!
  
  After moving into our new home, the last thing we were expecting to have to do was install a new roof. Unfortunately we started experiencing multiple leaks and began calling roofing companies. ML Best was the first company we called and they came (the owner) the same day within a few hours (on a Saturday)!
  
  We received 5 estimates after ML Best provided us with an estimate and Manuel (owner) was the only person who truly took his time and explained everything to us. He was at our house for almost 2 hours inspecting the roof, inspecting the attic, and walking us through how and why certain things needed to be done. He also stayed in constant communication with us and was very responsive.
  
  We decided to move forward with ML Best and they were able to get us on the schedule within 2 weeks. ML Best also had the most favorable financing terms for a project of this size - 0% over 4 years!
  
  We have a 5,400 square foot roof which is a lot of roof (because our home is a ranch) and they completed the job in 2 days! They replaced all of the plywood and properly vented the attic by installing a fan in each attic (we have one on each side of our home). They also installed a ridge vent and replaced 2 sky lights. Manuel suggested the solar sky lights so we can open them with a remote which is awesome because we actually open our sky lights now! We also had an area of our roof that was a flat roof which was redone perfectly. Finally, we received an excellent warranty for our roof.
  
  The crew was very professional and they cleaned everything up very well. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend ML Best to anyone who asks!

  I don’t normally post reviews, but I want those who are in need of service to know that these folks are truly a gem! Had 5 estimates done and went with ML Best. Not the cheapest or most expensive out of the bunch, but priced reasonably especially for a ‘Master Elite Roofer’. Mr. Manuel and his team exceeded my expectation from start to finish.
  
  Front Office Mr. Christian was very professional and immediately got back to me with an appointment for an estimate and made sure all of the paper work were in order. During time of estimate Mr. Manuel was very detailed and honest. Ran through weather delays but they kept me updated and did their best to do the work as soon possible.
  
  Foreman Mr. David led the team swiftly! One time I took a peep out the window to check on them and heard someone in the roof yelling from the top of their lungs asking for materials. Guy in the street stopped what he was doing, nearly tripped on my kids yard spinner in the middle of my yard, and not only did he run to get a box of nails out their truck, but he made sure it went up to the roof in turbo mode on their hefty ladder hoists system. These guys take pride in their work and the finish product shows that. I’m sure they’ll honor their warranties if something wrong happens down the line. I haven’t reached that point, so for now, thank you again! Easy 5 stars.

  ML Best was a pleasure to work with. They let you know up front what to expect in terms of time for completion and price and they keep you in the loop during the entire process.
  
  They removed my old worn roof and repaired/replaced all of the rotted wood by lunch time and were done by 5PM. They are also very clean.
  
  They were highly recommended by a friend and I see why.
