  When it was painfully obvious that my husband and I were victimized by our dentist, we were advised to seek the services of an attorney who specialized solely in dental malpractice cases. The only attorney who fit this description was the right attorney for us. Mitchel Lidowsky is a diligent, thoughtful, and thorough lawyer who truly cares about his clients as injured people, not just as parties to an action. He advised us well on every step of our suit, explaining all details and angles as it proceeded. There was no question or concern that we raised that he considered insignificant.
  
  My lawsuit was settled out of court a few years ago. The damage to my husband was far greater and we opted for a trial. However, when the pandemic forced a shut-down of the courts, we chose, after further discussions with Mitchel, to settle my husband’s case rather than wait months to a year to get back on the court docket. We are satisfied with the settlement and appreciate the work that Mitchel put into our case.
