  They were able to fit me in at the last minute on a Saturday. I feel a lot of times that salons feel pretentious and that they try to push a lot of products on you, but this was not the case at all here. They were all very friendly and it was a very comfortable atmosphere. I came in with a bad haircut that I had wanted to correct and color. They were honest with what they could do and not do and offered suggestions. In the end my hair looks great and I am very happy, I will definitely be back. While I was there several other people came in who had gotten bad cuts or colors somewhere else and were coming here to get a correction, and everyone that I saw leave looked great and seemed very happy with the service they received.

  Mirror beauty studio is amazing at what they do, super talented woman & such a great vibe when you’re in there! I went there to get my hair done by Carmen Moultrie. When I say she’s absolutely amazing at what she does, she’s AMAZING! I went in wanting to go fully blonde, but my hair had way too many different blonde high and low lights so before she did my hair she educated me on what my hair can & can not tolerate. She gave me other options on what I can do so my hair wouldn’t get so damaged and I absolutely appreciate the fact that she took the time In telling me what my hair can handle right now. We went with one of her options and let me just say I am extremely happy I went with what she preferred because I love it and I want to actually stay with what she did rather than going fully blonde. 😊 she made me feel so brand new and brought my hair back to life! Thank you ❤️
  It was such a pleasure meeting her, she made me feel like I’ve known her forever she’s awesome. Definitely going to continue going back.

  I have had many bad experiences with hair places but this has probably been the best experience I have EVER had at a hair place. As soon as I walked in the place was welcoming and everyone was so kind. I was nervous about getting my hair done but my stylist was there every step of the way and she was so kind and knowledgeable about hair. I got the hair of my dreams and feel so confident I am so happy I stopped and got my hair done here.

  This place is God sent. I was in such a dire strait hair emergency and found this place by way of trusting google. They took me in immediately, knowing the level of anguish I was in. I walked in and immediately felt at ease. Staff was very warm, inviting, and welcoming. Everyone patiently listened to how I got into my issue and what I was hoping for as to my resolve. Jess, owner, took her time in hearing me out. She helped to educate me as to what my hair can and can’t tolerate from this point. However, she used her creativity to be as flexible as possible. She offered alternate solutions that would keep the integrity of what I was after while protecting my hair on the road to recovery. Seeing how diligently she works and how intentional she is in her decision making quickly generates the trust we all seek in a stylist. This woman and her colleague’s have talent. Not only are they skilled, but the salon is equipped with some animal love therapy from the cutest little fur babies and top it all off…coffee and mimosas are treated as needed! Definitely found my home by way of unexpected catastrophe which makes me feel like the initial hair emergency was all worth it as it lead me to Mirror!

  My daughter and I both got our hair done by Carmen Moultrie- she did a trim and color on me (I got a halo coloring done) and soft locs on my daughters hair. 10/10 she was very thorough and was very considerate when it came to making sure my daughter was comfortable the whole time. We’ve already scheduled our next appointment(s)
