Tara is a mirror that reflects your thoughts, feelings, and actions back at you in a way that helps you realize you are only human while discovering the pieces you didn’t know or were scared to admit were holding you back. I never knew that the way I thought was actually distortional versus realistic. She taught me techniques that helped me respond vs. react and methods that helped me get through the most scary moments of my life. Tara taught me how to apply fitness to life and as a result, I got stronger at both (and lost 20 pounds). Before I saw Tara, I genuinely didn’t know who I was or if I was capable of handling life. Today, I love life. Tara taught me that life isn’t working against you, it is working for you.
