I went to Mindful Healing Practice to help me with my anxiety and some phobias that have gotten worse through the years. Roxanne was amazing! She was supportive, encouraging, and really positive, and she helped me see how my self-talk was holding me back. The hypnosis session was not what I expected (I always thought I couldn't be hypnotized!) but it worked. Then she taught me ways that I could practice self-hypnosis to continue my healing on my own. Payment and scheduling were easy, and the office space was intimate and soothing. I've gone three times and I've recommended Roxanne to several friends already.
I have been working on being a better me for about two and half years now. (I've always been working on it.) It started when I woke up from the numbness of my mother's death. I've read lots of books, made pintrest boards, and subscribed to meditation blogs and channels to get me through the day but I realized it wasn't enough. After just one session I knew I needed to come back again. Now, after having completed four sessions I want to keep coming back!! Roxanne's approach is to healing is eye-opening, relaxing, and so welcoming that you feel like you have been with an old friend the whole time. I cannot thank her enough for how much she has helped!
