  Product is pretty cheap and of good quality. Moreover, their customer service is top notch, I didn't receive the first package they sent. So, I contacted them and was asked to wait a few days and told that if the package don't arrive in the meantime, they'll send another one, which they did on their own a few days later. Finally, both packages arrived, and I got to keep the two, incredible customer service again, thank you guys!

  Great product, fast shipping and overall great people to deal with. (Never had an issue so I never had the need to contact!) You would imagine the type of people that would order this lovely bark that produces such lovely depths of colors would be somewhat reasonable. But, by looking at the few silly unfounded negative reviews there is always those sorts that infiltrate and disrupt the harmony. Top notch vendor.

  It took a while for shipping which is understandable during the pandemic, about 1.5 months in total. Totally worth the wait, extremely good quality product. Fast customer service, always friendly communication, really appreciate these guys for making this product accessible worldwide. A million thanks.

  The quality of the shredded Mimosa bark I received was amazing and beat the price of US vendors by a LOT. The owners communicated well and my product arrived much sooner than expected. I have finished processing the first batch of my bark for all of my dye needs and the result was VERY powerful. Now that I know that this is a trustworthy site for bark, I will continue shopping here. The owners are wonderful people with a good product. This is a good source.

  This MHRB is fantastic. I shopped around for a bit and landed on this site. The order did take a little while to come in as it had to go through customs. This is expected because of the pandemic, etc. Once the order was through customs it arrived quickly! I did reach out to customer support at one point to check on my order and received a quick and friendly response. I’m also super happy with the quality of the Root Bark for dye and have placed a second order. I will continue ordering from you all in the future. :)
