  We had a leak of our kitchen faucet which caused a water stain on the ceiling of the basement below. We contacted Mimar Construction and Ryan came over right away to take a look at what needed to be done. The drywall and insulation of the basement ceiling had to be replaced and the cabinet under the kitchen sink needed to be dried out. Ryan and his team scheduled the work, took lots of pictures, was in contact with us every step of the way, and completed the work very quickly. It looks much better now than it did even before the leak occurred. They even contacted our insurance company to handle the homeowners insurance claim. Great job and I would highly recommend!

  Ryan did a great job leading a team to clean up our basement after it was flooded. They worked fast and were extremely professional. Ryan also worked with our insurance company to negotiate the final remediation cost so there was no additional cost to us. Would definitely recommend Mimar.

  My mom wanted to get new siding so I started the search for her and came across this company thru Home Adviser. They actually were the first company to reach out and after getting a quote which was the cheapest of the 4 we decided to proceed forward. We hit a few snags which happens with any construction but the end result was great. and we would definitely use them again.
