I rented under Amy all throughout grad school and she was the best landlord I ever had. She responded quickly to when the apt needed attention to (ex: a raccoon got in the attic). She also cleared things up with me in a professional/kind manner with me when I messed up my payment on my rent/utilities my first month.
Also read the other review, and Amy never visited my apartment unannounced ever so not share what that's about. Lived there for 3 years and she was the best landlord I've had so far.
Nearly 6 years ago, Amy took a chance on me. I was a single mom with a teenage daughter, new to the area to attend school, and had just started a new job. I wasn't making much at my previous job so I did not have a perfect income picture. I asked Amy to belive in my motivation to work, graduate, and give my daughter a better life - and she did.
5+ years later and I consider Amy to be a partner in my success and the best landlord I’ve ever had. She is prompt with responses to maintenance needs and is never over bearing. She trusts that I will care for her property as if it were my own and the trust is definitely mutual!
