  Just registered my husband as a patient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nurse Isabella was absolutely wonderful. Pleasant and helpful and catered to his every need. Facility is very clean and comfortable room! I highly recommend Milford Health and Rehabilitation Center!

  I upon my mother's arrival was skeptical and quite apprehensive because of her bad experience in a previous setting. However, I am pleased to say I was pleasantly surprised, the majority of the staff there were professional, courteous and attentive to my mother's needs and our concerns as a family. My mom on the first stay experienced an episode where she needed outside attention and the staff moved quickly, recognizing that she needed more assistance than they could offer her. On the second occasion, my mom needed to return to the hospital and again they recognized her need was above and beyond what they could offer and acted quickly in making sure she was transported to the hospital. I appreciated the APRN's expertise and knowledge as well as the nursing staff and CNA's. I would definitely recommend this facility. I do however, suggest that family members visit regardless so they will know there is an advocate for the patient.

  I have had experiences in several different nursing homes and Milford Health is by far the best. The staff are welcoming and kind. The entire facility is very clean. Each patient's well being is priority. I recommend Milford Health for anyone needing a skilled nursing facility.

  Everyone is always so pleasant and welcoming. Also asked if we needed anything or if they could do anything for us. Everything is so clean and I love all the different things and events offered to all the patients. A wonderful place to get well.

  My mom is a current patient for short term rehab. The care, dignity and respect she’s been given has been outstanding. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been helpful, friendly and compassionate. I’d highly recommend Milford Health and rehab over any other facility.
