  As a jeweler you can be certainly rest assured that your items will be taken care of as if they were my own personal sentimental pieces.
  Being the owner of Mikraft Jewelers I certainly wanted to respond to feedback .
  (I’m not tech savvy, and somewhere along the way I lost the ability to respond to individual posts) I’d like to thank all my customers that took the time to leave positive feedback, and to those that may suggest steps I can take to improve your experience at Mikraft. I would never want a customer to walk out unhappy.
  With that said, I am constantly warning customer’s about 10k. Jewelry cracking…. I would never recommend 10k. And I try not selling it at all!… I would never guarantee repairing a 10k. Piece and some pieces are so bad, that I will not take responsibility trying to fix them.
  There are stores that recommend 10k. And tell you it’s stronger, as gold metal is soft, but that is false!
  10k. Is a more brittle metal, and the higher the karat the better it is!
  Just think of King Tutankaman that lasted thousands of years!
  Or the Italian jewelers handed down from one generation to the next all being 18k.

  Mike is a hard worker, very knowledgeable and very customer oriented. He will work with you on whatever you need, work with you through the repair and/or jewelry selection process. You are always in good hands with Mike.

  Mike's Ability To Fix Jewelry Is Amazing. I Never Take My Stuff Any Place Else. True Craftsman Jeweler. He Can Also Make Custom Jewelry To Fit Your Needs. Mike Has Made Me Quite A Few Pieces Over The Years. He Can Sell Some Beautiful Jewelry As Well.
