Mike helped me on the spot and went as far as to share tips on how to care for my new watch (as though it were his own). Thank you Mike for taking such good care of me!

He is the type of person you are eager to refer to friends and family because you know the quality of his work can be trusted. I've had Mike take care of varying things with some of my watches and recently needed some links removed from a new Bulova watch I received (picture attached). He serviced the watch quickly and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. I appreciate his craftsmanship and look forward to using him for all my watch needs in the future.

(June 15, 2022, 10:49 pm)I called Mike to help me with a watch that kept stopping anytime the seconds hand hit the minutes hand. He asked me to bring it in, and he would get it working before I leave. My watch is mechanical, delicate, and uncommon. Other places that I had called about it told me it would take 2 months to complete the repair. When I brought it over to Mike, he quickly identified my watch, easily saw the issue it had, and fixed it in 15 minutes. He was knowledgable, friendly, and professional. He charged me a fraction of what other places have charged for similar repairs.

(May 10, 2022, 11:04 am)Mike was referred to me by my long time trusted Jeweler. My wife has a 16 year old Rolex that has never been serviced and it needed a lot of work. Mike was able to service the watch and make it look like new in less than a week and at a very affordable price. His knowledge and expertise are incredible and I definitely recommend his work!
