  My daughter received excellent care from Dr. Kozlovsky and his staff is top notch. His gentle calm nature and expertise provide for a good patient experience. Home recovery is problem free.
  Dr. Kozlovsky was highly recommended by our family dentist. We highly recommend him too!

  Excellent overall experience. The staff are all amazingly personable, skilled, and professional. Dr. Kozlovsky is a world class oral surgeon (and a friendly chap to boot). I'm middle aged and had finally decided to have my wisdom teeth extracted. Easy going in, easy going under, easy going home, and 2 days later, no pain at all, with only mild medication (OTC). It was a walk in the park!

  I went for a second opinion .
  Office was fantastic very professional DR K was focused on my problem .He allowed me to explain my issues and after evaluating and answering all my questions .
  He Gave me his opinion and a course of action . That’s how I like things direct and to the point . I’m hoping he can resolve my dental issues . This office came highly recommended .

  Middletown oral surgery was the best. I had severe tooth pain that needed to be extracted. My dentist was on vacation. Donna and Lisa got me in, thank you. And Dr Ryan was very professional and explained everything in great detail. Out tooth no pain. I'd recommend this group to everyone. Thank you again.
