I’ve been on my bike more without hesitation because my back is no longer killing me. My sciatic pain is almost non existent and my shoulders. Just Wow!
I have not taken any pain meds to sleep at night for weeks and it feels crazy to me.
Guess what? I also stopped drinking coffee all day. I have some (1/2 cup) in the am before getting on my bike and then none for the rest of the day. It feels awesome to feel awesome.
I honestly thought it was age - nope I just needed a little TLC for my joints and nerves. Thank you Middletown Health, Wellness & Chiropractic -

(October 26, 2022, 9:04 am)Dr Holst is one of the most knowledgeable chiropractors I have ever been to. His bedside manner is awesome. Definitely recommend going to see him with any needs such as back pain, neck pain, joint pain, asthma, etc.. it will be worth your time.

(March 18, 2022, 4:41 pm)This is a game changer, I've had pain in my shoulder for sometime now & when I saw this ad I figured I'd give it a try. I'm definitely not disappointed & the only bad thing I can say about it is that I wish I started this therapy sooner. You'll feel a difference after the first visit. I'm not sure if the promotional offer is still going on but regardless it's your body & not feeling that pain gives you so much more energy to do other things. The staff great, the doctor explains everything he's doing step by step & you can tell he really cares. No pain 2022, I'm loving it.

My husband referred me to Dr. Holst after having great results from him. I was very apprehensive about going to a chiropractor but I knew I had to do something about my pain.
In a short time Dr. Holst had me feeling almost pain free. He is so compassionate and really listens to his patients. Along with his techniques he showed me some stretches and exercises to do at home and I just can't believe how much better I feel!
His staff are also very friendly and make you feel at home.
I highly recommend Dr. Holst. I can't thank him enough.
