I had an awesome experience at Middlesex Auto. After driving place to place being told I would have to wait hours or overnight just for a simple wheel balance I gave them a call. Even though they were about to close I was told to come in and they would do it right away. As soon as I walked in the owner and his mechanic were extremely friendly. While talking about cars for no more than 5 minutes with the owner my wheel was done. Very fair prices, super awesome people. First time coming to middlesex auto and will definitely be back again.
Middlesex Auto has been great to me. I had many issues with my vehicle and every time they took it in and had it fixed that day. If they couldn't fix it in a day, they would give me a loaner so I could get to work. Also they were reasonably priced. Most of all, they sold me a great used vehicle with less than 100,00 miles for under the market value. They are great people from the mechanics to the receptionists to the owner. Just a wonderful experience every time
George and his team provided prompt service when I brought my car in for a last minute brake repair before a long trip. Highly recommend!
Car troubles always bring an immense amount of stress and I am so thankful that I had George and his team in my corner. I had to replace my transmission and George was able to quote the job for significantly less than what other garages were quoting and even let me use a car during the period of time when I did not have a vehicle. I am so incredibly thankful that I did not have to be stranded without a vehicle while the work was being done. The car drives like brand new now and I cannot say anything negative! Come to find out, my grandfather has been using this garage for years which I didn't even know!!! I have no hesitation recommending working with George and will gladly continue to use his services moving forward!
Middlesex Auto and their partner shop, Tony's Auto Services, were life savers on a recent cross country trip. After driving 12 hours the previous day, I knew I needed my SUV looked at before another 12 hour day. I arrived just after 7AM, and Javi (at Tony's) was gracious enough to take a look even though their schedule was packed for that day. He determined my wheel barrings needed to be replaced, and brought me directly into the shop/under my vehicle to talk through a few issues and things I should be watching out for (knowing full well any future repairs wouldn't go to them as I'm obviously from far out of state). When the owner came in, he talked me through my options and squeezed me into his second shop to actually get the work done.
He ordered the parts and offered to drive me to his other location (which was unneeded but appreciated), and they were expecting me and immediately got to work on my vehicle. The receptionist quoted me 3 hours and offered to drive me up town to kill time along their main street. I again declined but spent some time wandering up there, got a great breakfast, etc. After 2 hours she called and said she'd put an additional mechanic on my vehicle to save time and that it was ready. They even knocked off the additional cost of labor even though it still took the same (or more) man hours to actually complete it! They made further recommendations like replacing my tires (again, knowing they wouldn't benefit from it), and were very honest about what could and could not wait. Middlesex and Tony's fully took care of me, working me into their already too-full schedule, got me on the road, and I was able to finish my trip to see my family. Their honesty, workmanship, and desire to truly help people was very apparent, and I would recommend them all day long.
