I met with Jasmine who was very professional and made me feel at ease knowing my car was in good hands. I just got my car back and was very happy with the work done. I highly recommend Mid Island Collision for any vehicle repairs. They are trustworthy and very professional. Thanks to the staff especially Jasmine for the outstanding service.

(November 17, 2022, 9:57 am)Jasmine is a God Sent she made what started as an unpleasant experience amazing (I imagine any time your vehicle is hit it’s unpleasant)She made every effort to ensure I wasn’t inconvenienced in any way I’m actually amazed @ her level of commitment to my claim & access she allowed as far as contacting her about my car I TRULY felt like I was her ONLY customer also to Brian though he didn’t remember me he allowed me to get my other 2 cars detailed free of charge after Covid allowed almost 2 yrs past since my service there I really can’t say enough about the quality of care & commitment to service @ mid island

(November 16, 2022, 11:19 pm)Mid Island collision centers is by far the best auto body shop around. They are white glove and produce show car quality. The mechanic’s and body men are all highly trained and repaired my Mustang better then new using only OEM parts, their customer service is amazing too. My customer service representative was Jasmine, she was super nice and extremely thorough. Jasmine and Brian (Supervisor) answered all my questions and concerns and walked me through every step of my repair. Another great thing is they have an open door policy which allows you to come by and check on your vehicle if you wish. Your vehicle is finished off by an amazing detail team that details the vehicle to look like it just came off the assembly line! I hope this helps someone looking for a really good auto body shop. I Highly recommended!

(November 8, 2022, 10:34 am)Brought my Tesla P100D in after an it was hit by an E-Bike. Entire left side needed body work and repaint. Jasmine at Mid Island took great care of me. Made sure I had a ride to and from to get my car. Once I saw the finished product I was very pleased. Paint work was as nice as factory and body work was straight as an arrow like it never happened. Fantastic communication and attention to detail on every level. Highly recommend for Tesla repairs and any vehicle make.
