Mid Hudson Subaru

Best buying experience we've ever had. We had been looking for a car for a couple of weeks for my newly licensed daughter. Safety features were a must. We'd been to several dealers locally but the car we wanted was not available. Found our 2020 Crosstrek on line and drove the 50 minutes to look at it. Keven Baughman was our sales contact and he was great. He was pleasant to talk to and gave us all the information we needed to know we were in the right place. We closed the deal and picked up a few days later. He returned calls promptly, and helped expedite our vehicle pick up by giving us a light overview of the vehicle but included a well thought out, tabbed and highlighted, manual to helps us hone in on some key features. (We had a birthday girl to surprise). He did not rush the process or use pressure tactics. We did not encounter this type of service at the other dealers we visited. Our experience was great from start to finish with all we dealt with .I will also add my husband and I drove home feeling confident in our purchase as it was stress free. I had a really great experience purchasing a certified used vehicle from this location. The sales person never pressured me, and let me look at and test drive multiple vehicles. They worked with me on a price when I did find the one that I wanted which was great. And when I had a few small issues after the purchase they were quick with setting up an appointment, fixing the issue and even getting me a loaner so I wouldn’t have to Uber back and forth. Every person I’ve had to deal with at this dealship has been really pleasant and helpful. Ashara in sales, Judy, Clay, Michael and Rich just to name a few but really everyone is great. This was my first experience at a dealership and in a Subaru, and I could not be happier with either!

I really love that Subaru has the annual share the love event that not only helps National non profits but that they also donate locally to non profits in my area.
