  Run by experts, and they clearly care about jewelry. I took a watch to be cleaned and battery replaced and they knocked it out the same day, and based on the complexity and beauty of my Bulova they worked on the service was priced very fair and I’d say cheap too.

  I have used Michael a number of times for repairs and twice now for custom pieces over the past several years and I am never disappointed in the quality. He is very open and honest and I have yet to need the same repair twice on a piece. Most recently, he made a custom ring for me for my anniversary. He was very patient with me and all my special requests and it came out beautifully, even better then I expected!

  My wedding ring has a thin band—1.5 mm—and it had become very misshapen. I took it to Michael’s to have it reshaped and I had a great experience! They had it done in three days and for a price I was very happy with. The ring looks just like new!
  I also referred a friend to Michael’s to repair her ring that had a chip in the gold. She was equally pleased with the service and repair.

  If you want a perfect one-of-a-kind ring, necklace, watch, or any other jewelry, then Michael's Diamond & Gold Club in Voorhees, NJ is the place to go. Nowhere else have I seen the owners so patient and so caring for their customers. Even the name is different - it is not just a "store", it's a "club" where you become a "member" as soon as you step in. The family business atmosphere is Both Michael and Irina are very knowledgeable in all aspects of jewelry and watches.
  
  I have known Michael for several years, ever since they had a very nice place at the Echelon Mall. Every time I needed jewelry for my daughters or new ring for my wife, I would go to Michael's Diamond & Gold Club, and my needs would be fully satisfied. When I lost a diamond in an old ring which valuable from many perspectives, including a sentimental one, I came to Michael's and he assured me that he can repair it so that it will be like new. Sure enough, I had my ring back in a few days as good as it always been, without any sign of a change. When I needed a watch for my grandson - I would go to Michaels' and they would find exactly what I needed - a modern attractive electronic watch that any teenager would be happy to wear.
  
  What makes Michael's Diamond & Gold Club different from others - is their attention to details for whatever we need. I have been in retail and service industry all my life, and it gives me an added appreciation for how well this family business is organized and what an the excellent work Michael and Irina are doing for their customers
