  Michael helped my mother with estate planning some 15 years before he again helped her with applying for Medicaid after she entered a nursing home. His efforts 15 years ago not only enabled her to avoid unnecessary estate planning expense, it helped position her for the day she had to enter the nursing home. He handled her transition into the home and then onto Medicaid efficiently and professionally and helped preserve a significant portion of her estate. Michael was accessible during and even after the process, answering our questions and providing guidance as needed. I highly recommend Michael for eldercare legal services.

DiMauro was very respectful and courteous to me and my family members during a time in our life’s we felt our options were limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution was very grim.   I highly recommend Michael DiMauro If you are in need of an Elder Law
  attorney. He navigated his way through significant complexities and preserved my parent's estate. I will be forever grateful that a friend recommended him to me and now I am passing on this recommendation to you.
  
  Both my parents (in their nineties) had just entered nursing homes. Their assets were in jeopardy of being consumed by long term care expenses. Michael drew up a plan to preserve the estate and before it could be executed my father died. Without skipping a beat Michael modified the plan and successfully navigated through red tape and roadblocks ultimately getting my mother onto Medicaid.
  
  All through the long, complex process Michael kept me advised of what was going on and what the next steps would be.
