I have to say going to different doctors throughout the years my doctor is amazing person. She’s very friendly, very welcoming, and she has a good bedside manner. she as well makes you feel very comfortable.

I look everywhere for a dermatologist for my daughter that accepted my insurance. And all of them had reviews that I wasn’t willing to risk the same experience. I ended up making a self pay appointment with Shelby Parrish and it was definitely the best choice. She was amazing. My daughter was really nervous and she made sure she was comfortable through the whole appointment. She took her time and explained everything. I didn’t feel rushed or like my questions weren’t important. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Love love this office! Everyone is always so friendly, calm, and welcoming! There is never any wait times, which is always appreciated! The medical assistant who took me back was the sweetest lady & oh so polite. She made me feel very comfortable! The P.A. was very sweet and highly knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained everything she was doing to me in a way that I was able to understand! Highly recommend this office, & will be coming back every year for my routine skin checks!

Everything about this practice makes you feel confident you're getting the highest level and quality of care. The staff is so warm and friendly from the moment you arrive. My wait time was literally under five minutes before being taken to the exam room and being seen immediately. On this appointment, I was seen by the PA Sue, and on my previous visit, I saw Shelby. Both times I left happy and satisfied, I made the right choice to change to this practice. Sue was extremely attentive and thorough as she answered my questions. I was extremely impressed by how informative she was as she took the time to assuage my fears about my issue in the most caring way; I felt heard and respected. She took a tissue sample for a biopsy, which a previous dermatologist at a different practice didn't even bother to do; another shining example showing how thorough Metropolitan Dermatology is in managing their patients' care. Whatever your concern is, you will definitely leave happy knowing you are being attended to by the best.
