  I needed a guest mattress quickly on a Sunday. They didn’t have the one I wanted in stock, but Javon worked the phones to find what I needed, for tomorrow delivery. Great service!

  I loved my experience there. Javan is a wonderful sales person. He took time with me and gave a lot of attention to what I wanted & needed. He was upfront & honest. He answered all my questions; he is very knowledgeable. He worked within my budget and gave me a great deal. I highly recommend this mattress store. I can't wait to receive my new mattress on Monday!!!!!

  We had gone to another furniture store who guaranteed we had the best price. We placed the order with them but my wife happened to see the Metro Mattress store and wanted to check with them. The short story is we cancelled the other store order and went with Metro Mattress! The salesman Javon was fantastic. They not only gave us the the same beds but upgraded the bases and saved us, no kidding, $1,000s! To make the matter even better the delivery men Ron & Pete were also fantastic! They were professional and as Javon told us they gave us a white glove setup, cleaned up and made sure everything was working before they left. I would highly recommend them and will go back there for any future purchases!

  UPDATE: A delivery issue arose, and Robert (along with his management team) went above and beyond to make sure the problem was solved to meet our needs. What they did was reassurance that they stand by their word. They earned my respect and gratitude. Thank you again, Robert!
